Terms of Service

STEALTH is an AI studio for generating and managing images, video, audio, and related media. Features, models, and availability may change over time.

You are responsible for your account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for activity under it. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to enter a binding agreement in your country.

You keep ownership of the prompts and files you submit. You grant us the limited right to process them, including by sending them to the AI provider you select, only to provide the service to you.

As between you and us, and subject to the terms of the underlying AI providers and applicable law, you may use the content generated for you, including commercially. AI output may not be unique and we do not guarantee it is free of third-party rights.

Do not use the service to break the law, infringe others' rights, create sexual content involving minors, impersonate or deceive people with realistic likenesses without consent, harass others, attempt to bypass safety or usage limits, or interfere with the service or its security.

We may block content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Paid plans and credits are billed through our payment provider at the prices shown at purchase. Credits are used when you generate content, and plans renew until cancelled. Refunds are handled according to the policy shown at checkout and applicable law.

The service is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that generated output is accurate or suitable for any particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, STEALTH is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached or the service is discontinued.
